Refund Policy
For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any lip oil. All lip products are final sale.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Once verified, we will issue either:

A replacement at no additional cost, or offer a full refund
Refunds (when eligible) are processed within 7–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After that, orders may already be in processing or shipping and cannot be canceled.
Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer
Our products are formulated with gentle, plant-based ingredients, but individual sensitivities and allergic reactions may still occur. We recommend performing a patch test before first use. If irritation or discomfort develops, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Please note that allergic reactions or personal sensitivities do not qualify as product defects and are therefore not eligible for refunds or replacements.
