At Story Beauty, we’re committed to getting your clean, skin-friendly products to you quickly, safely, and with care. Below is everything you need to know about how your order ships.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (product launches, sales, holidays), processing times may extend by a few days.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to address errors

If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours at storybeautyline@gmail.com and we’ll try our best to update it before your order ships.

Pre-orders

Because our products are crafted in small batches, certain items may become temporarily out of stock. When this happens, the expected restock or ship timeline will always be clearly displayed on the product page before you check out.

 

Some things to know:

  • Payment is collected at checkout to secure your preorder.

  • Each preorder listing will include an estimated shipping date.

  • Please note that all preorder dates are estimates and may shift slightly due to production or supplier delays.

  • If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, everything will ship together once your preorder item is ready.​

To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number as soon as your preorder ships.
